The one downside to 4 girls living in a house with one shower.

Is people beating you to it. 

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Roommate-I-have-seen-a-grand-total-of-two-times has beat me to the shower two nights IN A ROW. :( She needs to go back to her whacked out schedule where she showers at 3 in the afternoon! 

Whines and flails. 

Also, I would love it if we could just like, translate a story in my translation class that wasn’t infuriating in some way. You know, is it so difficult to request BABY STEPS? As in, like, stories that aren’t chock full of elaborate descriptions and people speaking in 사투리? Or is that asking too much? I MEAN, REALLY. 

ALSO, while I’m being Ranty McRanterson, my discussion group in one of my classes infuriates me because people always flounder around all wishy-washily. Like today, for instance, we had surprise!discussion… and literally nobody had the sample we were discussing. Not even the person who originally made the sample. It was like… really? REALLY, GUYS? Then one of the girls was like “Maybe you should email it to us… save paper…”

UH, no shit, and maybe it will stop stuff like that from happening. UGH. I mean, I guess I also had a small part in said stupidity, but as I have not yet had a turn in studying the sample closely, I have never received a printout of it. So. Then there’s the guy who is just a complete dumbass douche, who is all ~*I AM A PSYCH MAJOR*~ and talked to me like I was some lowly dumbass for being in an upper level Psych class when I am in ~*ASIAN STUDIES*~ even though it’s… actually relevant to my major. Probably more relevant than it is to his, even though the course is in his department.  

BUT OTHER THAN THAT it was a gorgeous day today, and a good one :D I had delicious delicious coffee and a delicious cupcake, and I got to walk around Kitsilano a bit in the sunshine. Yay!
