Was walking across campus today listening to a random playlist on my iPod when this song came on. Major nostalgia bomb with this one, seriously. Soo many memories associated with it. I still remember the day my 16-year-old BoA fan self came across this video and was like “THE FUCK IS THIS?”
…Little did I know, haha. I mean, the song was love at first listen, but… the video… LOL. I still watch it and go “Ohhh my, those poor dudes.”
It’s weird, because it’s really mostly because of this song that I am where I am today. Like… not in the literal sense, just in the life path sense. I had listened to BoA before this and had started watching my first kdrama (Winter Sonata….yeahhhhhh), but it wasn’t until I started listening to DBSK that I REALLY came to appreciate the Korean language and all of that. CRAZY STUFF. It’s weird, how little, seemingly insignificant things can influence your life so much. I can’t believe that it’s been 7 years. Sooo much has changed.
