Profound announcement.

I have not been on tumblr because of my fabulous social life (snort). Rather, in the time that I have been home, I have been glued to my screen watching 해를 품은 달 (The Moon that Embraces the Sun), and will likely continue to do so until I am caught up on the episodes. 

SO GLAD I WAITED TILL JUST BEFORE READING WEEK TO START IT. 

Speaking of reading week, I had a midterm yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best midterms I have ever taken in my entire university career. A lot of the psychology courses I have taken piss me off, because the exams are either all multiple choice (I hate multiple choice) orrrrrrrr require a shit ton of memorization. And I suck ASS at memorization. I am much better at remembering concepts and showing my knowledge of them, rather than regurgitating crap that I likely will not remember by the next semester. It’s just the way I learn. 

So I was SUPER PLEASED to see that my prof had designed the midterm exactly how I am best at test taking (all written, testing concepts, not rote memorization shit). I finished most of it in 15 minutes. Not that that is an indicator of how well I did, but if I did shittily, I definitely can’t blame it on the test design itself. 

Anyway.
